From Personal Content to Paid Campaign
A piece I originally created for my own brand that was later licensed by a national consumer brand and used as paid advertising. A real example of how personal storytelling can become effective brand creative.
I help brands move from positioning and ideas into campaigns, creator programs, content systems, and work that connects with people today.
I'm Florence Boza. For 20+ years I've built consumer brands at Mattel, Kimberly-Clark, and Unilever, and I founded and sold a brand of my own. I build the strategy and I help make it real.

Most strategy leans on data someone else produced. I generate my own. I create and test real content in market, read the data on how real people respond, and turn it into strategic direction: positioning, audience, and where the brand should focus next.
It means what I hand a brand is not a hunch. It is built on what real audiences actually did, read closely and layered on top of twenty years of brand judgment. The numbers tell me what is happening. My experience tells me what it means, and what the brand should do about it.
Most brands have social that runs on guesswork and scattered posting. I go in and build the entire operation as a working system, then set it up so the in-house team can run it without me. Here is how that works:
A clear read on where the brand's social stands today: what is working, what is not, and where the real opportunity is. You start from facts, not guesses.
The full operating system, built from scratch:
The whole system documented and handed to your team, so it keeps running without depending on me. You own it, and it does not fall apart when I step back.
I have created, led, and overseen social content, creator campaigns, product storytelling, retail moments, paid social assets, organic content, and community led campaigns across major consumer brands.
Hands-on creator and creative direction.
Partnership and launch work at Fisher-Price: John Legend, Big Little Feelings, Nintendo, Disney.
My own work: a national consumer brand, Neon Pink.
Brand marketing and integrated campaign leadership.
Brand and campaign leadership across Fisher-Price and Hot Wheels (Mattel), Kimberly-Clark, Unilever, and The Book Project.
Building brands across markets and languages.
I've helped build brands across North America, Latin America, and Europe, in two languages — fluent in English and Spanish. My dual degree in Child Psychology and Education is why I understand family and kids brands deeply.

Much of my work lives on brand channels rather than my personal page. This portfolio shows a small selection of my content experience, creative direction, and social strategy. I have thousands of additional videos and concepts that reflect the way I think, create, test, and build content for brands.
A handful of highlights from across brand channels, paid campaigns, and partnerships.

Before leading social for global brands, I founded a children's book and toy brand in Central America. I built the audience on social media before the first store opened. I signed a partnership with Usborne and imported titles from publishers including HarperCollins and Penguin Random House. A few years later I sold the company to the regional category leader for a 10x return. I have built and sold a brand of my own, so I recommend only what I have actually done.

Beyond building social, I also work with brands, teams, and founders at a broader strategic level, in two ways, depending on what the moment calls for.
Positioning, brand architecture, consumer insight, campaign direction, and go-to-market thinking for consumer brands.
Senior support for teams, launches, campaigns, and brand moments that need both strategic thinking and practical execution.
Neon Pink is a content channel and community I built from scratch, helping parents raise confident tween girls. It is proof I can build a content world end to end: the voice, the visuals, the edit, and the strategy, all warm, useful, and connected to real life.
